Christmas cookie liqueur

Christmas cookies Liqueur tastes best when it is cooled or "on the rocks" on ice!

It is essential that the bottles are sterilised beforehand so that the liqueur has a shelf life of 4-6 weeks. For this purpose, either boil the bottle including the lid briefly or heat it up in the oven at 150 degrees for about 10 minutes.

The receipt is for 500ml liqueur


What you need:

- 250 ml cream

- 3 tablespoons nut nougat cream

- 2 teaspoons Christmas cookies spice

- 3 tablespoons honey

- 200 ml schnapps e.g. vodka


Approach:

First sterilise the bottle(s).

Pour the cream into a pot and warm it slightly with nut nougat cream, Christmas cookies spice and honey. Stir with a whisk so that a homogenous mass is created. Now stir in the brandy and fill into a sterilised bottle.

The liqueur keeps in the refrigerator for about 6 weeks.
