Mulled wine - Swiss edition

What do you need?

- 2 litre wine

- 1 litre water

- 1 kg sugar

- 1 stem cinnamon

- 3/4 cups coriander

- 1/2 lemon


How to do it?

First warm up the wine (but do not cook it) then add 3/4 of the sugar. Then you can add all the ingredients without the lemon. You cook the wine for 10 more minutes then you add the lemon. Let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes until you rinse it through a sieve. At the end enjoy your mulled wine!
