Oat cookies - healthy and yummy!

200g wholegrain oats

200g butter

100g flour

1 egg

Optional: 1 or 2 teaspoons of grounded hazelnuts or almonds


Mix all the ingredients until you get a firm dough. Make small cookies out of the dough and bake them at 190°C for 10 minutes. If they need longer, just leave them in until they are a little crispy.
