It is a delicious dessert. The procedure is easy and quick, and your friends and family will love it š
What you need:
Ā§ 200 ml cream
Ā§ 250 g quark
Ā§ 250 g mascarpone
Ā§ 125 g sugar
Ā§ 1 package vanilla sugar
Ā§ 350 g raspberries, frozen
Ā§ 250 g Christmas cookies
Approach:
Whip the cream. Mix quark, mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Fold in the cream.
(I decided to take less sugar since the Christmas cookies are also very sweet. But you can do it how sweet you prefer! :D)
In a bowl, cover the base with three or four tablespoons of cream. Spread a layer of Christmas cookies on top, whole or broken into pieces. Spread half of the remaining cream on top. Spread the frozen raspberries over it, cover them with the rest of the cream so that they are no longer visible. Spread the crumbled Christmas cookies (quantity as desired) over it.
The cream must be kept cold for at least 4 hours.
Before serving, you can sprinkle some icing sugar over it.
